END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")
All copyrights to the iVocalize Web Conference Client Application ("THE SOFTWARE") are exclusively owned by iVocalize, LLC ("THE PUBLISHER") and its contributors.
The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use THE SOFTWARE for the purpose of connecting to a licensed iVocalize Server.
No person or entity may distribute THE SOFTWARE without the express permission of THE PUBLISHER.
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
